We're order take out but the people here is so mean look like they're mad at us when we buy food never said welcome or thank you (her name is Kimberly and im not sure another girl). Never spent a penny here again. Good luck to your business
This BBQ restaurant consistently delivers outstanding food. For years, it has been a reliable choice for the community, previously operating as Luther's BBQ. The manager remains on-site and ensures excellent service, making sure all customers are well taken care of. The meat is prepared right in the restaurant, and you can actually see it being seasoned and placed in the cookers while you wait in line. The brisket and ribs are both delicious, but I believe the chicken is the best I've ever tasted—it's always moist and packed with flavor. They offer a variety of vegetable side dishes, and the baked potatoes are enormous! Plus, the iced tea here is quite good too. Additionally, this location has a convenient drive-through.
I highly recommend their loaded spuds and mac and cheese. My spouse believes their chopped brisket is the best, but I think they're one of the few places that prepares turkey just right.
I've been a fan of Pappas BBQ for many years. While it isn't my top choice for brisket—Corkscrew in Old Town Spring holds that title—it's still the best option among BBQ joints in the area if I can't make it there. I do enjoy the sliced brisket sandwich on jalapeño cheesebread, but next time I'll opt for it on untoasted bread since I wasn't fond of the way they toasted it. My wife ordered a loaded baked potato, and it was the best one she's ever had, piled high with generous toppings. I definitely recommend this place for BBQ in the local area.
