I order Marsala's to go often as it is close to my house and typically my family and I enjoy the pizza. However, the past three orders have been terrible. The pizza dough specifically has been terrible. We asked for it to be extra cooked to see if it would help with our last night order, however it did not. The cheese isn't melted, almost like it was fat free cheese, tasting fake. The ranch, which we usually love was terrible. We debated just doing frozen pizza, but thought we would give it one last shot and now looking back wish we would have saved the 50 dollars and ate the 5 dollar frozen pizza instead. Service is always great and the atmosphere is wonderful even just going in for a to go order, but it definitely seems like the food quality has gone down, pizza specifically. Typically prefer Marsala's over Russo's, but will be going to Russo's next time.
