They didn't even acknowledge me when handing over our order, not even a simple "thank you" or "have a great night." There was no suggestion to return or even a smile. It is important for them to understand that they are not obligated to be there - if they are not enjoying their work, they should consider finding employment elsewhere. As someone in the food industry, I understand that we sometimes deal with difficult customers, but that does not excuse their lack of professionalism. It is essential to maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
The two women were very rude and distracted by their cellphones. It took them about 5 minutes to acknowledge me. I was disappointed because I usually enjoy dining at this restaurant.
The woman working at the cash register is consistently unpleasant and rude. She has a bad attitude and constantly rushes customers. She closes shop 20 minutes before 9 and doesn't allow anyone inside, which is frustrating. If they can't provide good customer service, they should find someone else. I'm going to Michoacana instead, where I know I'll receive better service and be welcomed through the door.
I love going to the kiosks. Love their shakes, fruits salads, tostadas, ice cream..My kids and I go very often.
The woman working as a cashier, was giving me a rude attitude. I always come to this kiosko, never dealt with a person like this. Plus the tables were dirty and full of bugs. I do not recommend coming to this place!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would!!! Rude customer service!!!!!!!!!
