Applebee's Grill - Conroe

Our server made sure we had everything we needed. The ribeye steak tasted more like sirloin but was still good. The bourbon chicken and shrimp was close to but not quite overdone. Overall a good end of night meal.Food: 5/5

Good food and open late. Some items are brought in frozen, thawed and fried, like the fish and chips. The chicken Alfredo was served cold inside. They apologized and made things right. Don’t settle for less. The new cinnamon twist desert is amazing. If you wish to substitute, ask about up-charges. They don’t always tell you before you eat.

Went to watch 3 of the Astro games. Gave them 3 chances and all 3 were horrible. Horrible service. I guess I shouldn't say her name on here. But she is rude and when you ask for something ketchup/napkin/a plate (because you ordered a large classic appetizer) ect. She slams it on the table. Then she forgot to put our order in. And didn't realize it until I asked about it 45 min later. I understand mistakes.. I do.. but then when she brought our food out. Not even an apology.. we ordered beers and it took 30 min to get them, because she left them sitting there on the bar I had to get up to get my beers and my napkins I asked for and ask for a Pepsi from bartender cause she never brought it. Gave them 3 chances. Now the last time I did speak with the manager and he was very kind.

The building itself is super outdated, especially the bathroom. The womens bathroom was an abomination. Please give this place the remodel it deserves! BUT I went here for my birthday lunch and the food was delicious! The service was outstanding. Teena was our server and she was so friendly, attentive, and efficient. There wasn’t any other employees available, so she sang the happy birthday song to me by herself! A lot of servers would never do that. It was the best Applebee’s meal I’ve ever had and probably the best service I’ve ever had there too.

Audrey was amazing! Best service we’ve ever received. However, the server/bartender named Brooke was incredibly unprofessional. Brooke made a scene in front of us about something and yelled at Audrey. We love it here but I hope someone in management speaks to Brooke because it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
