Hong Kong Kitchen - Congers

Today for lunch, I visited Hong Kong Kitchen, and the food was underwhelming. When it was time to pay, the woman at the counter was accusatory. When I mentioned my concerns, she reacted with terrible attitude, stomped her foot, and said that the prices had changed, adding that if I didn’t like it, I could just leave. I've never felt so disrespected. Their customer service is awful. I will never go back!

When I brought it to her attention, she gave me a terrible attitude, stomped her foot, and said that the prices had changed, adding that if I didn't like it, I shouldn't come back. I've never experienced such disrespect before; their customer service is awful. I will never return!

I absolutely love this place! The food is always fresh and exceptional. The staff member behind the counter is consistently friendly. Personally, I really enjoy the sesame chicken, and the boneless spare ribs are the best I've ever had!
