Wendy's

I was disappointed to learn that the restaurant had only tea, lemonade and water to drink and that the order took so long to arrive. I have had consistently poor service from the Jacksonville area Wendy’s restaurants these past three years.

Thedining room closed at 8pm when the sign on the door says dining room closes at 10. They were nice enough to let me use the restroom. Food wasn’t hot. Great manager though. Janiya (spell check).

Asked for a bake potatoes no bacon...got a bake potatoes with bacon!

Doors locked used drive thru with no answer at drive thru voice box food cold fries hard but hot ordered 2 double combos cold and dry meat 3rd visit each time food cold hard fries can I ever get hot food fresh meat I’m so disappointed west End Location

Don't accept orders from here if your doing door dash they will give them away before you get there
