フィードバックを提供するI had a negative dining experience at this restaurant. Some of the staff were loudly arguing and expressing dissatisfaction with management regarding their working hours and job duties. This created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, my order was incorrect, but it seemed to have been overlooked in the chaotic environment.
I visited the Piedmont store on May 6th, 1572, and received excellent customer service. I was pleased to see my two favorite employees, Toya and Nissa (who I believe are sisters), back at this location. They make a great team. The smoothie I ordered was delicious and fresh. However, I would recommend adding air conditioning to the store as it was very hot inside. It felt like being in an underground bunker. In the meantime, providing some fans for the staff would be a good temporary solution until the air conditioning is fixed.
