Very unprofessional staff. Arguing amongst each other, complaining out loud about having customers, forgetting to call out orders, coughing and talking while making the sandwhich, forgot part of my order. Avoid at all costs.
Wanted to share how the employee working today was watching her phone the entire time she was sitting there “working”I greeted her and she ignored me. I’ll admit that delta should consider the employees who are in their concourses cause I’ll be sure never fly though there again. Yes it’s busy but that’s all the more reason to have better customer service. Very disappointed with the entire experience at ATL. Gross bathrooms in the airport.Gross lav services on the plane. Bacteria clearly growing. It’s not just the fact that this kiosk is in deltas concourse but this restaurant should also take notes because their employee clearly has no people skills. I waited 10 minutes while 6 ppl were visible standing in the kitchen chit-chatting in order to get a Greek salad that had 4 tiny slices of tomato on a bed of lettuce too big to eat (and I wasn't given a knife nor was one available) along with a few crumbles of feta.
