Steak 'n Shake - Concord

Ridiculous and infuriating. not only the taste is gone, but what in the world is that? we have taken 3 bites before we found this. we love

Chili is always excellent and the amount of food they receive for the price is also good. the first time I had been in a bed on steak and shake because of an earlier not so good experience, so I was surprised that all orders were made by a kiosk. Moreover, the shakes are smaller used to get a full glass, plus what was left in the metal container. this time the shake was not full and no extra. the after part of the kiosks is steak and shake is somewhat cheaper than their competitors.

That was the most disgusting steak n shake I ever had. it smells so bad, probably the floor was supposed to have gone, but I really wanted her burger because I moved up from georgia and coveted one. as seen in the picture, we couldn't even finish it. the place must be closed. never come again. I don't know how rating 97 was. the place is big!!! I go to freddy’s above the road that holds on Cook-Out.

I went through the drive thru and Riley was the person who helped me. He repeated my order back to me and my order was correct. He has such a pleasant cheery customer service voice and he was very nice! It is rare to see customer service as good as his! Make him employee of the year!Food: 5/5
