When I asked about ingredients in some of the dishes I had in my head, I was told that it was fish sauce in them, otherwise they would be vegan. The veggie sushi rolls are a delicious and safe option.
Man and I eat a lot here. here is a list of what I know is vegan: - the avocado, gurken and economical rolls are a classic. - they have just changed their recipe for the Japanese mistsuppet to use mixed broth instead of meat broth (not my favorite dish, but still vegan.) I think they did the same for other typical vegan suppers, but if not, they could change the broth for me before. - I always get the yaki rays with tofu and it's delicious! - my sister usually gets the fried rice without butter. all in all, they are quite good to cover any dietary needs.
I tried the avocado roll and cucumber roll based on another customer's recommendation, and they were both delicious. I also ordered the spicy stir-fry udon noodles with vegetables, which were also very tasty. I definitely plan on returning to this restaurant again in the future.
My husband and I frequently eat at this restaurant. Here are some vegan options I know of: - The avocado, cucumber, and asparagus rolls are a popular choice. - The Japanese miso soup now uses miso broth instead of meat broth, making it vegan-friendly. - Other typically vegan soups may have had their broth switched out upon request. - I always enjoy the yaki ramen with tofu. - My sister often orders tofu fried rice without butter. Overall, they are very good at accommodating dietary restrictions.
I have visited this restaurant a few times and each time I felt like it was difficult to find vegan options without accidentally consuming fish sauce. The staff informed me that some of the dishes I had in mind contained fish sauce, making them not vegan. However, I found the veggie sushi rolls to be a delicious and safe choice.
