Starbucks - Commerce

Super EPIC FAIL rude barista kicking people out around 5pm on July 29 2022. Hey I just spent a lot of money there and I had just come from work and I sat down to eat my food and drink my water when this slime bucket girl comes up to me and tells me they?re closing down. She says in a very dismissive rude uncivilized on friendly way. I am totally a gas and a gag I can?t believe it my mouth falls open. My blueberry muffin of course is going to get cold because I wasn?t even able to open the the when she told me this. She didn?t give it down that I had spent all the money and that I couldn?t even eat the food I bought. I asked her if there was seating outside and she in par waved her arm and said no to to be fire and to to people to met the other to meet a couple years ago

I?ve been coming here for a little over 7 years now and the food and service here is fantastic! Ever since COVID I?ve noticed not every place has the best customer service, but this place does great.

Got a Venti Iced Caramel Machiatto with 4 shots vanilla sweet cream cold foam and extra caramel drizzle. I ordered it in the mobile app for pick up. When I got there my coffee was ready but it was missing the cold foam. And the cup was already filled to the top so I assumed lthat they would put it in a Trenta cup to fit the cold foam you know since I?m paying for these extra shots and the cold foam. The Baristas name was Edith I asked her if they can put the foam on it and she rolled her eyes and looked so annoyed about it. I mean if it was done right the first time I wouldn?t have to interrupt her flow. She then proceeds to take out some of the extra shots I paid for so the cold foam can fit. Whenever that happens they usually put it in a Trenta cup or they just re do it so it has less milk. I disliked that girls attitude. Then at the end I asked for a straw and she gave out a big sigh. It?s not my fault you didn?t do it right the first time. Does she really think I want to have to interrupt her? NO!

If you are planning on getting a quick mobile order early in the morning from here, forget it. Even if you ordered for mobile pickup, they won?t let you in to pick up and will make you go through the drive thru to pick it up. Expect to take 15-20 minutes to pick up your order if the drive thru line is even slightly long. Also don?t trust Google for how busy it is. It said ?Not too busy? when the line was reaching the edge of the movie theater.

Always quick, refreshing and tasty. Really enjoying all my favourite flavour frappucinos on oat milk right now!
