Holdaak Fried Chicken - Commerce

I purchased 6 sandwich for my family and they tasted different I wondered they taste burnt and I checked and all the sandwich had burnt bread.

First time trying and not to impressed. Nothing special about the sandwich itself, ordered combo #2 it included 1 chicken sandwich,1 chicken strip, fires and drink for about 15 bucks. Picked the spicy flavor, no spice at all, asked for ranch and was given orange sauce. I thought it came with combo and then when I asked for ranch they charged me .75 cents after it wa there mistake. Not the best or worst chicken sandwich , will i return not too sure.

Third time that we ordered the salad, which by the way is usually very good, but not without dressing. I even pout on postmates DONT FORGET THE SALAD DRESSING! they forgot again. Sorry, this is the last time we order food from here. It's really to bad we liked getting food from here.

Okay. I couldn't help myself. I wanted to give this place another try and I went back for the 10 piece chix wings. I was thinking I would have lunch for 2 days......WRONG. The cook had the flame on too high. She burnt my chix on the outside. A few of my wings were cooked through, other pieces were still pink and a little ****. Gross Threw it all away. What a waste!! At least the nasty cashier wasn't there. I dealt with a pleasant Asian man instead. Won't be going back though. Holdaak management needs to get their act together.
