Ta Travel Center - Commerce City

I bought a reserved parking lot for two days when I was driving to the truck stop.And the employees at the truck stop couldn't refund the money and used my UnionCredit to pay for parking.Why do I earn these unioncredits when I can't use them?The shower wasn't ready for me when I went to it, they were cleaning it. It happened twice, on Saturday and Sunday. The second problem is that there was no body wash gel. The third problem was the repair. The lamps in the shower were held only by two bare wires. It wasn't safe, and sometimes the lights were turned off.Horrible place! Dirty!

They don’t even deserve 1 star… So, went in to TA in Denver at 2pm.. was sunny.. did my truck wash at the same place. Found this spot. Parked. Had 5 hours left by that time. Went out had a good massage. Came back to my truck. Nothing wrong.. Ordered some food on DD around $70z. Went to TA shop purchased something at the store. Went back to my truck. Had a green paper sticking at my mirror. Saying that I have parked on a reserved parking spot… by that time I only had 06 mins left for the day 3 hours for the week … spoke with the guy. Ready to book that spot right away for 2 days until my 34 completes. He says he can’t do nothing.. asked me to talk to the management. Went there asked for a manager or a supervisor. A wonderful TA trained Manager showed up ‘ told me to move my truck . It doesn’t matter about the tester or anything. I asked them I don’t see any reserved or a number at that spot when I parked at the noon time. She told me that is was no so alejar. You much check with the lobby ‘ miraculously they had a printout which was marked in green says reserved at their desk… but they told me move it or they tow it… did drive to near Pilot… so is the TA everywhere same like this?????never parked at TA.. this was my first last bad experience ever. Polite comments pls.. forget to say about the food order. Was aggravated cancelled that. With no refund…..

Huge ta compared to most. like the layout are the showers big and clean, that is a plus when they travel more than to home.

Order shower by app. intercom announced my number and which shower to go. I went to the shower and opened the door shower is not clean. the person who asked the showers how I got into the shower. I explained that the intercom just called my number. the keerl exploded in an angry disguise, as people always come back to the place before the showers ready to the dame at the reception. the thing is that the woman went past me when the opponent went out and then lied and said she didn't hear anything. I've never been rude. I don't appreciate being someone else's adult emotional impact. Actually, I'm never going to go shopping here again.

They will oversell their reserved spaces and wake you up and kick you out of nonreserved spaces. I made sure it wasnt a reserved section. I'm normally really easy going but this place is dishonest. If you want to reserve spaces mark them. Avoid this place to save time and support an honest business somewhere else. Just my opinion. Drive save
