I hadn't had gumbo in a long time, and I was excited to see it on the menu. It was fantastic and had just the right amount of spice. We also ordered the cheeseburger, which was a classic, well-prepared burger served with crispy regular-cut fries. Plus, the customer service was fantastic from the moment we arrived! This charming little restaurant caters to a small town, which gives it a cozy, familiar atmosphere. Due to its size, the menu is quite limited, but the daily specials are a local favorite.
