Tim Hortons - Colwood

Not even one star to this store. Very rude behavior of manager and wrong order served, instead of egg in bagels, they served sausage to person who never eat meat in life. When asked the manager, she talked very rudely. When asked to correct the oder, she mermer stupid while making it correct. Management should take strict action against her. Never came to this location. Pathetic service.

Waiting over 10 minutes for 2 take 10 coffee packs. The floor is sticky and I haven't seen anyone cleaning since I have been here.

Asked for a meal with coffee, fries and sub. Which structures price to 8.99 but ending up paying 8.50 for coffee and sub as they didn't put it in as a meal with our large multiple meal order. On Sept 29th at 1050 active manager said they won't refund me to pay for meal pricing to ad the fries. As it was a merchant error. I'd like to speak to a higher up manager

Usually really good service and friendly staff, I just wish they would’ve given me the beverage I paid for, I feel like usually if you pay for something you should get it

Came here on a labour's day long weekend and I have to say this is one of the top 5 locations I have ever been to across multiple provinces starting from Quebec to Vancouver Island. The respect and customer service skills of the front staff inside is better than 95% of the Tim's locations I have been too over the 30 years. Kyle was extremely helpful. Whoever the franchisee of this location is treating their employees with respect which the employees will pass on to the customers is doing a great job. Hopefully other franchisee's can distinguish the difference in customer service.
