Upgraded to 4 stars! New manager doing a wonderful job. Her truck did not come in, so they were out of many ingredients. Loved going inside and taking my time to order. Surprising robust menu i always forget. My chili is as I remember it in the 90s and in appreciate their still having sour cream which was also used on a spicy chicken sandwich. Toys are always unique at wendy's for my son. Left soda machine wasn't working and some register issues at the kiosk (which I do enjoy' easy to follow! But food was good service was polite and prompt. Update: 12/20something/21 machines work fine. Well kept despite busy

It's quite common to encounter poor service—or sometimes no service at all—at places like Wendy's and other fast-food chains. However, tonight a group of (probably) high schoolers or young college students handled my order perfectly! It was a sizable order, as I asked for no sauces on my cheeseburgers and only some of the veggies. Although the drive-thru line was long, it moved quickly. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize their fantastic attitude and service. Great job, everyone! Keep it up!

I recently visited this Wendy's with my girlfriend, and she wanted the Jalapeno Popper Salad. Unfortunately, they were out of stock. However, the assistant manager apologized for the inconvenience and made the salad for us. Honestly, we would have been fine if she had simply said it wasn't available, but she truly went above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted. I really appreciate her effort. Thank you, everyone!

I have to say... I usually don't write reviews for fast food restaurants, but I was impressed when I took my kids there for lunch. The service was outstanding! Everything was fresh and nicely arranged on the tray. The entire dining area was clean as well.
