My husband and I visit umis pretty regularly. The staff is always very kind but there is one in particular that put a very bitter taste in my mouth. It took me until now to find out her name but I did and she is the manager Alicia. The way I have seen her speak to her employees is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING these poor kids are just trying to do their jobs and have to worry about being yelled at in front of customers which I find extremely unprofessional. This has been the 3rd time we’ve witnessed this and I’m close to calling the owner over it. I’ve been a manager of many restaurants myself and if I spoke to my employees that way I would EXPECT extreme consequences for my behavior. We will not be back if we see her in the restaurant.
