Rockmill Tavern - Columbus

Like many reviews we read, the atmosphere was nice and the food and beer were both amazing! However, the service was terrible. The waiter had to come back out and ask us what we wanted again as he couldn 't remember and didn 't write it down. The entree came out almost immediately following the appetizer so now we had too much food on our small table. He didn 't come back to check on us very often but eventually he did and asked if I wanted another beer, which I did. However, the beer came after the meal was complete and we were waiting for our check. The waiter than brought a beer for me and my friend on the house which we partly consumed because we were heading to ShadowBox Live next door for a show.

Food was great. The seating was a bit too close to enjoy the meal completely.

It was a touch loud, which would be fine with a group of people, but not if you're looking for a date night place.

We had a wonderful lunch and such a fun beer tasting experience! Our waiter was fabulous!! Really cool place!

Excellent Belgium style ale selection and great beerhouse ambiance in the heart of Columbus Brewery District.
