My food wS hot for a change. CSR was great. The receipt I couldn't read so I couldn't get the special.
I am here at least 5 times and every time the system was down or they were closed before closing time with employees are standing around. what really did for me is when I delivered doordash and got a command from here. I went to the order page of the drivethurs to see what they would say, and of course the employee said they were closed hours before the published closing time. As soon as I said I picked up a DoorDash order, they told me to pull to the other side of their drivethur and command it. so this location only takes online orders from delivery apps? or is it because the employees have no choice but to make orders from delivery apps because the orders go directly into the computer?
My experience at this S. Hamilton Rd. Location (I am speaking only of 1particlar visit) my last visit was peculiar to say the least... I was left confused/ concerned by the voice in the speaker bc after they started to take my order suddenly they weren 't able to take drive-thru orders AT THE DRIVE-THRU bc the buns were frozen and only dash orders were being accepted...then it went quiteit was only 6pm..weird
They always say they have too many orders from UberEATS or whatever food delivery service and they aren't able to take orders for however long and if you go back when they tell you too they say the same exact thing! The one time I've actually been able to get food from this location after months of trying a 45 minute wait, the cheese burgers were pinkish red on the inside! It looked as if they just made sure the outside of the burger was brown and that's it!!! I literally threw away half the food because the burgers were raw!!! ??I will never go to this location on East Broad Street again it's all around a terrible place !
