Oshio - Columbus

Complete disclosure - by no own fault - I don't know how something is here, except for their customer service, which was bad enough in my experience to expose me. a booking several days before the nye with from the city guests, showed up for our reservation enthusiastic to find the restaurant closed. we then had to find somewhere to go around 8 o'clock in the busiest dining night of the year and I couldn't make a reservation on opentable, as I already had one in oshio and obviously no one in the restaurant wanted to pick up the phone so that I could cancel. I sent them an email, we'll see what they say.

I made a reservation and arrived with a group of 6 people, but the restaurant wasn't even open. It was really frustrating.

I made a reservation for New Year's Eve, but when we arrived, we found out that they were closed. Nobody had called us beforehand to inform us. We were very disappointed.

The Bento box at oshio is a great way to try a lot of aromen. service was great, we had 3 children and the waiter was attentive and friendly. sushi is fresh and beautifully presented. will order the tour in the future as all restaurants are closed at this time (coronavirus). many thanks for a delicious evening in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

This restaurant is truly impressive! The atmosphere is fresh, inviting, and stylish, making it a great place to relax. We ordered a simple cocktail that was not only delicious but also had a generous portion. Our bartender, who also served as our waiter, was incredibly friendly and attentive. We tried the noodles and sushi, both of which were excellent. We really enjoyed the light and cheerful vibe of this place.
