We received a pleasant call from the general manager, and upon returning, we had a wonderful experience. I honestly believe it was mainly an issue with our previous server. She might not be working there anymore.

If you have a seafood allergy, this restaurant is very accommodating. Today, we visited and I spoke with our server, Brandon, to ask if any dishes contained seafood. He quickly brought over the manager, Marie. She inquired about my son's seafood allergy, which includes shellfish and all types of seafood. She went above and beyond, assuring me that he could order steak and fries, which they would cook in a separate area to avoid cross-contamination. My son was in tears because we often have to leave restaurants that can't accommodate his needs, but this time, we were able to stay. He really enjoyed his steak and fries, and they even treated him to a brownie for dessert. Thank you, Marie and Brandon, for making my son feel welcome. We will definitely be back; this restaurant is now on the list of places where he can eat comfortably.

The server, Rayna, was fantastic. I had a few minor concerns, but they were addressed quickly. The food was excellent, served hot and delicious. The complimentary birthday dessert, an apple cake, was tasty, and they even included a cup of ice. Overall, it was a great experience!
