フィードバックを提供するMy ribeye was good but not close to great or amazing. The sides all seemed to me to be right on the edge of overly salty. Again good but not great. The meatball starter and the shrimp starter were both excellent. The banana cream pie and chocolate mousse desserts were very good. The chocolate sout cake was giant and was again good a little dry. Our server or the kitchen struggled with getting things correct. Times from order to delivery was very long. 40 minutes from ordering dessert to delivery. Over all we had a good time. We had more than enough time to talk.
Went for a team holiday dinner on a Tuesday night. There were 7 in our party, and although the place was pretty empty, they wouldn't sit us until more than half showed up. Not a big deal. Most of the group had the prix fixe with the filet mignon . I ordered the French onion soup, sea bass, mac and cheese and the Crème brûlée. From the table, I heard the filet mignon was overcooked for 3 of the 5 of them. My seabass was also a little overcooked but not bad. Not the best seabass I've had. French onion soup was okay. The Mac and cheese was really good, and so was the Crème brûlée. Service also took a really long time. We sat down at 5:15pm and didn't get desert until 8pm. All in all, not a bad experience but could have been better for the price
The steakhouse is excellent, with top-notch service. The sides are served in a family-style manner and the food is absolutely delicious. Convenient parking is available.
During our stay in town for Thanksgiving, my family and I chose to dine at Mitchell’s Steakhouse, which was conveniently situated across from our hotel. We were immediately impressed from the moment we stepped inside by the warm welcome from the staff. Our server, Nicole, was exceptional - she attended to all our needs promptly and with a smile. The food was delicious, and we also had a lovely chat with Nicole and some locals. We have no hesitation in awarding them 5 stars - I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Thanksgiving 2023!
Working in restaurant industry I didn 't know that servers are allowed to have the loose hair during the service. Second, i believe that if you are getting the new wine bottle, the server has to offer new glasses and not making the guest to help her with that. Last one, the meal was sent back to kitchen due to salt issue but i never heard anything from server as matter: We are so sorry, let me change really quick for you or at least offer anything to comp/discount(doesn 't required but would make me a different impact) All in all, ambiance great, food is good, service is horrible.
