Martini Modern Italian - Columbus

The food was fantastic and the service was exceptional. It was a perfect evening.

The restaurant was almost 20 minutes late for our reservation and did not apologize for overbooking. A waiter eventually served us water and informed us that our waitress was running behind. After a long wait, she took our order. The food took a long time to come out, and when it did, it was cold. I sent it back and received a dish that was overly salty. The lack of customer service and high prices (31 dollars for a chicken breast) make it unlikely that I will return. I would advise others in Columbus to spend their money elsewhere for better quality and service.

Delicious eating with attentive and friendly waiter.

My friends and I chose Martini to celebrate my birthday. The food and cocktails were great service was pretty bad. Our server was quite rude and was very slow. She would go missing for 10+ minutes at a time and we were sitting at our table for about 45 minutes before she even took our dinner orders. Our drinks were left empty for quite some time and she never offered refills or another round. She was also making rude assumptions, even stating that she knows we were only going to get salad or pastas making it seem like she didn’t think we could afford anything more. It was very loud and we were seated right next to the kitchen and it was extremely hot. Overall, service was poor but the food was something i’d be willing to go back for. Hoping for better service next time.

The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the restaurant.
