Kfc - Columbus

This is the worst KFC I've been to in Columbus. Every time I go, the staff is incredibly rude, and my order is ALWAYS incorrect! I've given them several chances, but my third visit was the final straw. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to. They always forget something with my order and never answer the phone when I try to call. I ordered through DoorDash and asked the driver to bring some jelly, but it wasn't on the receipt, and they didn't even give me the option to add it. When I went through the drive-thru, I got the wrong sides. There's always some kind of issue—it's just frustrating.

My entire order was incorrect. I only ordered three items, and all three were wrong. I couldn't return them because they didn't provide me with a receipt. I ordered a 5-piece tender meal but received 4 pieces without my sauce. I asked for mac and cheese instead of fries, but I got fries instead. I ordered a bowl without gravy, and they instead poured gravy all over it.

One of the worst kfc experiences I have ever had. Customer service was really bad and they were very rude. I would be ok if the food was good, but the chicken was saggy and smelly and feels like I am eating a 3 day old chicken. Needless to say, I am nevergoing back there and would highly discourage people to go there.

Food quality was terrible service was good. Chicken was old, soggy, burnt and left a horrible after taste. Macaroni was overcooked to the point where teeth were no longer required to slurp that tasteless bile. Save your hopes dreams and potentiallyyour life go get a popeyes chicken sandwich and go back home.
