Kfc - Columbus

Was disappointed... ordered and paid for1/2 white and half dark bucket. Chicken was all dark meat. When I tried to call the store phone only rang busy for an extended period of time. Had to resolve thru the corporate office.

I am done with KFC. We don't go here often but everytime there is something wrong. I ordered a 12 piece bucket they only gave me 1 breast. I was suppose to receive 3 they never informed me that they where out of breast and they didn't even give us to tryand makeup for not having what we ordered. I would have asked for a refund if I knew. They also never gave us butter or honey.No napkins the pop was disgusting tasted like they haven't cleaned there lines or adjusted the mixture. We are not going towaste are time or money ever again.

Food was great and the employees there were the best! They made my night! I’ll be back for that “whole tray” of biscuits! Lol JK

It seems they don't want to do the business. hurry up and pushy you go around？did not listen to custom‘s request. and the French fried is not fill up to what I ordered that is a large size of fried. won't visit again
