Graeter's Ice Cream - Columbus

My kids and I love it! I just deducted one star because half the time I order a vanilla malt they don't add the malt powder and make me a simple vanilla shake. The kids who work here are so sweet, but I think they don't know the difference between a malt and a shake. I humbly ask that management teach them how to make a malt! Please and thank you!

Great place to take the kids and let them run off some steam. Let them take a break and get some ice cream. Plenty of flavors and toppings to choose from plus can also buy pints on our way out. They have a see-saw, and merry-go-round, and a couple slides.

The brown butter bourbon pecan was excellent. My only complaint was the fact that they had not one, but two insanely loud birthday parties going on while we were there. So not only could we not hear each other speak at our table in the dining area (not the party room), but parking was non existent. It seems the children drove themselves and the parents drove separately <jk

My favorite ice cream. I raised my kids going there and it was both of their first job. John, the manager is a great first boss. We go once a week. I get a special concoction a medium chocolate shake in a large cup with a scoop of toffee chip on top. I eat it with a spoon. Delish.

We had my grandsons 1st birthday party there. We rented a room for a reasonable rate for an hour and a half. The kids had a blast right along with the adults. What a fun time. Clean place and friendly helpful staff..
