Grabbed a baked sampler and a slice of cheese pizza. Expected to have a small portion. Could definitely feed two. Everything was great

Ok so Fazolis has redeemed themselves with me and my husband this visit! Hopefully more to come on future visits! We purchased food prior months ago, and the salad that’s half eaten in the photo is because I got my moneys worth and there was bacon! The first salad I purchased was chicken bacon Cesar salad, and it was horrible, so I excitedly asked for them to make my salad to the standard the set originally. And it was a totally different looking salad. My parm/garlic chicken wings half eaten are freaking awesome! Because I just can’t eat a 10 piece! To save my life! More for later. The wings and the very tasty garlic sauce is ON POINT! My husbands food was awesome as well! If you ever have a bad batch! Contact them! They will redeem you! Great Job team! The manager on duties name starts with a C, he told me his name, I apologize I forgot. If you need help ask for him!

Went here last last for to go order. Got the Pizza baked spaghetti and slice of pepperoni pizza. Service a little slow but food was pretty good. The serving was more than I could eat at one sitting. Staff was very pleasant.

Almost 5 stars! Food good, especially bread sticks. Bring your food to table. Friendly staff. Really worth a try!

Stormy D has the worst critical thinking customer service skills that I have seen in my whole life. This employee thought it was appropriate to sit and argue with me about a to-go container. Despite all of the other employees looking at her awkwardly for arguing with me for something so trivial making a scene…. She decided to storm off when the other employees decided to override her decision considering I had $20 worth of food to box up! Not only was this a bad experience for me it was awkward, because I cannot understand why an employee at any establishment would think it was appropriate to sit and argue with a patron for anything esp something silly as to-go boxes! Poor judgment. People with these types of behaviors should not working customer service. And not to mention, while she was so busy telling everybody else what they should and should not be doing…… she should have not been going back forth to outside taking breaks not once washing her hands. Hopped right back behind the counter or straight to cleaning every time!
