We typically do not have issues ordering over the phone with the exception of both times Vanessa took our order. The last time we ordered with Vanessa, our rep was already at the restaurant to pick up the food before Vanessa even completed the over the phone order. Today 's order, what should take under 5 minutes to complete, took over 15. We had to repeat our order MULTIPLE times she still did not get it correct. She constantly put us on hold to find the right button on the register. She also kept repeating that she did not know how to ring in certain items to us which should NEVER be relayed to the customer.Certain items that our staff ordered due to diet restrictions, she questioned the choices which was very unprofessional. The manner in which she talked over the phone is not how we would allow our staff to communicate to customers. We contribute to the Chuy 's Polaris business often. Nobody should be given this type of service over the phone or in person. We are not happy with how these orders were handled.
Loved the creamy jalapeño dip and fresh tomato salsa. The chicken tortilla soup was ok and my boyfriends beef burrito was
Wow! Enormous space, so even a large crowd didn't crowd . Very nice variety to the decidedly Tex-Mex menu. First, though, the crisp, light chips with salsa and an order of queso was enough to serve as the meal if we hadn't back. Absolute perfection! Was there with my elderly parents who do not like goods too spicy hot, nor do they abide by the guac. The traditional tacos and cheese enchillados were perfect for them. All was delicious and supplied my mother with enough refried beans and a taco to have tomorrow. A shout-out to our superlative server, Lauren. Friendly, helpful, attentive, accurate and as lovely a young lady as could be found anywhere! The decor was engaging and needs to be seen and enjoyed. The whole experience would serve well as a swell intro to the genre and/or an easy choice as a go-to any day of the week.
Went on a Sunday afternoon. We had to wait 5 minutes for a table, but our server greeted us immediately and provided drinks and chips/salsa. The salsa was very fresh and just the right heat. It was then about 15 minutes or so until we saw our server again. There were several large parties but it seemed too long. Food took awhile to come out too. Food was fine, but nothing special. I thought we were paying for elevated Tex Mex, but it didn’t seem particularly flavorful. The atmosphere is nice and festive, but the floor was very very sticky. Would go back for the chips and salsa
We went kinda late but there were still several tables filled. Food was great. Yummy strawberry daiquiri that was just the right size. Not a gigantic one! One of the better Mexican restaurants I’ve eaten. Cozy, comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Will go again.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: There were a few children there. They immediately brought kid chairs
