フィードバックを提供するThis is my third visit to this restaurant where they consistently run out of items without informing customers beforehand. No tea? No guacamole? No salad dressing? It's not the most affordable dining option and it's always disappointing. The staff is unapologetic and seem unconcerned. It's very frustrating and I hope they work on improving their service.
Every time I order something from DoorDash, it's always incorrect. This time, they forgot my rice and salsa, and my friend's bowl was completely wrong as well. When trying to contact them, the automated system makes it impossible to speak to a live person. I would go in to get it fixed, but the staff's attitude is unwelcoming. Overall, Chipotle is not what it used to be.
A chicken dish ordered and the part was small. no wow barely in there, bland taste and of course there was a long hair in my eating when I came home!
This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The cashier was extremely rude and unhelpful, speaking in a condescending manner when I tried to return the online order. The meal I received was missing several key ingredients, including guacamole and salsa, leaving it bland and unappetizing. It is clear that the employees at this restaurant need better training in customer service.
This is the worst chipotle location I’ve been to. Rude employees, dirty, and subpar food. We went at 8pm and they were out of chicken, black beans, vinaigrette, and plain brown rice and they told us they were done cooking for the evening. We turned around and left, trust me and stay away from this location.
