Chipotle Mexican Grill - Columbus

I have never written a review for a restaurant before, but I had to share my experience because of how amazing and kind the staff are. Even though they are understaffed and have a lot to handle, they handled the pressure well with a long line leading out the door and cars wrapped around the building. They were not rude at all, even when faced with impolite customers. I have never had any issues with my food and I eat here once a week.

I ordered a salad and requested a dressing, only to be informed that it would cost an additional dollar for one side of the dressing. While the extra cost isn't a big deal, it would be more convenient if the full price of the salad, including any add-ons, was clearly stated upfront. It's not great to feel surprised or foolish about having to pay extra for something as simple as dressing.

I really enjoy this restaurant when I have the opportunity to order. It's my go-to place.

Worst experience ever, do not know how the order was made online, but jesse franklin the manager this restaurant is the worst and unprofessional ever meet, dont deserve to be a manager, look at the reviews I did not ask why I had this experience

Don't know what sad person was working 2/14/22 after 7pm. Ordered two quesadilla, both sucked. Both the brown and white rice was crunchy, didn't get our chips and the three side we asked for weren't even close to what showed up. The quesadillas themselves, meat was burnt, no cheese and the tortilla wasn't even slightly toasted.
