Chick-fil-a - Columbus

The option was so confusing and up charging for a regular bun and when i didn't select a bun UPGRADE i wasn't given a bun AT ALL so i couldn't eat my sandwich without having to get silverware or my own bread. extremely disappointed.

Grilled chicken was good but everything else was cold. fries were inedible. sad experience but will probably order from here again

Food was hot and fresh, the order was accurate. The service was good but not great (lacked the normal smiles and My Pleasure , but they were slammed and stressed. The men 's bathroom didn 't have any towels to dry hands and needed a good cleaning overall.

Chick-fil-A has drive troughs down. Other fast food places could learn a few things.

Excellent customer service. The women that took my order was the most selfless and considerate person I have ever met. While it was a small act of kindness, she went out of her way to block the sun from my eyes while I was ordering! She went above and beyond and had a positive impact to begin my day.
