フィードバックを提供するI really dislike giving negative reviews, but I felt this one was necessary. I witnessed the cook mopping the floor and then going straight to the refrigerator to handle food with his bare hands—no gloves or handwashing involved. It was quite off-putting. I politely asked him to wash his hands before touching the food, but he reacted angrily and instructed the cashiers to refund my money. Fortunately, the cashiers were very kind and managed the situation well. I believe that every restaurant should enforce strict hygiene practices.
I ordered two chicken bowls, but the chicken was overcooked. I also requested hibachi jumbo shrimp with a vegetable substitute instead of rice, only to get home and find that they served it with rice instead of all the vegetables. I should have checked my order before leaving.
The steak combo was delicious and offered at a great price. The customer service was good, and the food was served quickly. I will definitely return.
