Taco Bell - Columbia

Normal Taco Bell experience. Tasted like it was supposed to. The lady at the drive thru was very friendly.

*Ridiculously long wait times, terrible food, poor customer service* This review is for the Taco Bell located at 1421 Cinnamon Hill Lane in Columbia, MO. We have been there several times and everytime it is a disorganized mess. We went for dinner at 9pm earlier this week. There were 7 people working behind the counter but only half of them were actually doing something (the other half just standing around). Even though we were the only customers inside the restaurant, our order took 15 minutes to make (we ordered 4 things). Burritos were stale. Chalupa shell is supposed to be crispy but tasted soggy, as if it had been fried in old oil. This morning (7/16/22), we tried to get breakfast. Store hours say the store is supposed to open at 7am. At 8:15am, the doors were still locked. We tried doing drive-thru but there was only one person working with a long line of cars. He claimed that he couldn 't hear what we were trying to order over the intercom. After 10 minutes waiting in the drive-thru lane, we gave up. Employees seem worse than high schoolers in terms of work ethic and professionalism. Each time we voice our concerns, the employees tell us to bring it up with corporate. It 's time someone revamps this place and hires better employees. We 've never had this experience at any restaurant, even fast-food places. Until major changes are made, we are not going back anytime soon.

I had to wait almost 20 minutes at the drive-thru window, and there was no line. The employees seemed more focused on their own drinks than on attending to our order. What a disappointment!

This Taco Bell serves no purpose since it’s rarely open. They don’t keep their hours updated, so customers arrive only to find the doors closed. It’s really frustrating.

So Taco Bell always takes a lot of hate… but a little known thing about them! They have some of the best vegetarian options at amazing prices.. My absolute favorite item is the fiesta burrito, it is top notch texture, taste, and temperature. If I’m going for something different I’ll ask for the burrito grilled and then enchilada style.. sooooo goood!!!
