Cold Stone Creamery - Columbia

Hey it's ice cream… can i say anything negative about that!? Not here at Cold Stone Creamery! It was exceptional!

I used to live coming here after dinner with my kids on our monthly outing but lately I've gotten mixed feelings about this location. First of the stars are only because the ice cream taste good. Otherwise, Service here is terrible, and they keep changing things. Getting ice cream is very slow, easily takes them triple the time as any other location. Four of us went for ice cream. No line in store which was great. Three people got what they wanted and the girl making it decided to wait on another customer. Took 10 minutes to get mine. A different girl finally made mine. Those girls are as dumb as a box of rocks. Funny thing is that my daughter and I had exactly the same thing but the girl wasn't smart enough to make 2 at one time!! Lost me as a customer!!

My husband and I really enjoyed the ice cream creations we tried. The young ladies at the counter were very friendly and quick, so I got mine first lol. The owner dropped in and greeted all the customers he was very nice- very likeable. I like the way he spoke to the young ladies he was very nice and respectful they seemed to like him. IT MADE FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE. We love this Coldstone and return often.

Little bit of a line when we got in there, but that's a good thing! Was greeted my 3 smiling faces ready to take our orders. The girls were friendly and handled the crowd like the bosses they were. Ice cream was good and the lobby was getting cleaned when the rush was over. Watched them work as a team and take the trash out. Great staff and great product. Top tier CSC!
