Kfc - Columbia Heights

Wow! Just had the best drive through experience ever! She was so kind her nails were absolutely gorgeous! Glad you have someone as outstanding as her working drive through! Ty ty!

The first time my daughter picked up a take-out order for us, the biscuits were left out of the order. Ignoring the old saying, Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me, we decided to give this KFC another chance. This time , the frieswere as hard as little bricks, with a texture similar to carboard. We threw them out. Additionally, while we got the mashedpotatoes we ordered, there was no gravy included in the order. I filled out a complaint form on the KFC website, and so far,have only been given the runaround. The chances we 'll stop at a KFC ever again? Slim to none.

The chicken tenders were just as delicious and crispy as the fries. I also went with friends who are vegan and vegetarian, and they wanted to try the plant-based nuggets. They were tasty as well, but unfortunately, the dipping sauces weren’t suitable for vegans. There was a honey BBQ sauce, and the other had egg in the ingredients, so they had to settle for hot sauce instead. Be sure to try them soon; they’re only available for 4 weeks!

It's been a while since I've had KFC, and I must say, the restaurant was very clean, the staff was amazing, and the chicken... oh how I’ve missed it!!!

I placed an online order tonight and paid $63.70, but my order was picked up and never delivered. The DoorDash driver informed me that someone else had picked it up. He also mentioned that they didn’t have enough chicken to make a new order for the 12-piece meal I ordered. After contacting the store myself, I was told to reach out to customer service. Later, I was told I would receive a refund within 72 hours. Shaking my head. I definitely don’t recommend ordering from this location in the future. I will be placing my orders at the Blaine location instead. Thank you, KFC.
