The food is really good. No dine in and waiting sucks because there is only two chairs and it's very cold inside but your food is always fresh.
The pizza was fine, crazy bread was good. Customer service was incredibly lax. I ordered via the app today and asked my mother to pick it up since she was in town. I gave her the code and everything, even told her the pizza portal code. The person working the front was incredibly rude, wouldn't answer my mother when she was talking to him, he acted very annoyed when she asked for his help. He decided he was going on break right that second, and left her there at the register. Someone else came out a little bit later and was equally as annoyed with her. She was only asking if the order was ready. The only thing good about the experience was the food. Place has gone downhill as far as customer service goes, and I've worked service for YEARS! The way they treated my mother today was definitely not warranted. If you order from here, order delivery if you don't know who's working that day.
I wrote little Caesars and asked them to put one in Columbia City and not to long later it happened. I was ecstatic, I love pizza and I love that it's affordable. Yes the Columbia City location has there employee issues like every other business but I've never had a bad pizza. I've worked in customer service and fast food before so I understand the issues people have. I would like it if they could get some good employees to open earlier. I sent my husband to get a pizza this week and the door says opens at 2 pm. I leave for work at 2pm.
I really enjoy the pizza and breadsticks, and the prices are quite reasonable.
