フィードバックを提供するI want to share this blessing with you today. I called to make a call for our office. Five orders to be exact. Not only was I met with joy, but also with so much professionalism. The manager of the hour chose to use his power in the blessed way. He took our order with goodness. When I joked about the delivery, he asked about the distance and the name of the company (we are a ministry). Since we were just a little more than a mile away, he liked to say it wasn't a problem. However, they don't usually do, but since he's a manager, he could be sure. When he was asked for payment, he explained in the circumstances that he could only take cash. I asked for payment via the phone. Once again he said that this was normally not accepted, but for this one time he would. Professionally he asked a moment to go to his office to keep the card information confidential. After disclosure of the subject information, he then assured me that the information would shrink after the load. Great customer service. Absolutely excellent. We are waiting for the order now, but I have no reservations or concerns about the rest of the transaction, which due to its amazing customer service awry!
This shop is far better than other Shops. Very good subs. I normally order online. Always have my subs ready on time. Very good friendly service. 4 stars instead of 5 stars, frequent staff changes...
The line can be a bit long, but that’s to be expected at a fantastic sub shop. Although this is an older review, I used to visit every other day in the summer of 2020. The staff was attentive and even remembered my order. The manager was also notably charming. The service and food are excellent. I'm just waiting for them to bring back the lime and cracked pepper chips. Haha!
The young lady working there is impressive; despite being on her own and facing a long line of customers, she handles everything with a smile. I was genuinely impressed by her dedication. She definitely deserves a significant raise, while those who don't perform as well should be let go.
I’ve always appreciated Subway and its customer service. The staff at this location were friendly and made my sandwich with great care, rather than indifference. It felt like taking a bite into a truly satisfying sandwich!
