Starbucks - Colorado Springs

Situated at the intersection of Hollywood and Vine, this Starbucks enjoys a prime location. The staff here are friendly, and the interior is well-maintained. They offer all the usual menu items. However, the main downside is that the location attracts some chaotic situations. During my two visits over a span of two days, there were incidents involving either a homeless person or someone who appeared to be under the influence, both of whom had to be asked to leave by the staff. The latter individual seemed to be a regular and argued a bit, creating a somewhat tense atmosphere for everyone in the café. While it may be tempting to criticize Starbucks for these occurrences, it’s worth noting that this type of situation is to be expected in the bustling heart of Hollywood. Overall, it's simply part of the reality of the area.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant thanks to an employee named Emily, who was incredibly helpful and friendly! She really understood my order and we had a delightful conversation. The restaurant is impeccably clean and has a lovely atmosphere. I will definitely be returning!

Typical Starbucks Café — You get the same coffee and espresso drinks as you would at any other location. The caramel macchiato is a standout. The mobile app simplifies ordering and payment. It's conveniently located right in downtown.

Comfortable, friendly and fast to spread with plenty of space. There is no convenient smoker zone that can be good or bad I guess, but ultimately this is a good starbucks in a good location and serves as a good place to meet. Also there is a conveniently located Pokestop nearby when you are in this type of things.
