Saltgrass Steak House Colorado Springs

Amazing service and our steaks were perfectly cooked on request. Our waiter had come to the point and checked us regularly that our drinks were full. It was pretty busy waiting for an hour and still had a great service. We had a table of seven with small children and they enjoyed the bread and nachos while we waited for our food. Our first time here from Texas and we recommend the steaks here.

Nice, casual steak house. Nice restaurant inside... good if you like west. The staff was friendly, timely and the whole waiting staff helped to see each other...nice. Even managers helped and visited. The food was good and the timing was excellent between drinks appetizers, salad to the main food and dessert. The steak was amazing...perfect black Angus... the fried mushrooms were great and the drink menu was fantastic... so many options. It was a great experience for our 4yr anniversary dinner. The only thing we didn't like too much was the chocolate cake... it's more like a super cold fudge brownie. It was good, but maybe next time we try the carrot cake or cheesecake.

Ends up when it was quiet and near the end of the day, staff was beyond friendly!! Super attentive and very friendly. Drinks were SUPER strong, which I did not complain: D over all very welcoming and the food was amazing. A little expensive yes, but you get what you pay. 10/10 would be recommended again!!

This is my new favorite after tonight’s dinner. The salmon Oscar was so delicious and full of flavor. The Cajun ribeye was also very good and seasoned to perfection. Our waitress was so kind. Oh I can’t forget their ranch is very good. Will definitely be back

The food is delicious. They start you off with a warm loaf of bread and butter. The blue moon on tap is really good out of their ice cold mugs. The service was great. My server was nice. It is a steak house, so expect it to cost as such. I would pay the same price again if I was wanting a steak and beer.
