After spending a year in Asia, I have really missed good East Asian cuisine in Colorado Springs, and Roosters' House of Ramen did not let me down! They offer delicious appetizers such as Edamame and Seasoned Ahi, as well as Banh Mi Sandwiches and homemade ramen. If you're craving East Asian food, I highly recommend checking out this place!
What an incredible dining experience! I can't praise this restaurant enough: from the food to the staff, the owner, and the atmosphere—everything is fantastic! It's a perfect spot for lunch, but even better for a group dinner. You have to check it out!
Not only to keep the menu fresh and exciting and to change it, but also the owner and the GM are great! It is worth every penny and I love that they listen to customers and do their best to do something for everyone!
Not eating pork or beef is usually something difficult to accomplish at a Ramen house, but chef Mark Henry has chicken and tofu options on the menu. The tofu and coconut ramen bowl was phenomenal! The tofu was perfectly cooked, not too chewy or soft, and the broth was amazing. Mark makes the noodles himself, and they are delicious. Don't be afraid to slurp and splash. This place is super casual, and Mark and his team will happily chat. Ladies, bring a hair tie.
