I’m so glad I found this place! I walked in just moments after they opened for the day and felt a bit guilty for eating lunch so early. But the owner was incredibly friendly and took my order right away. My gyro salad arrived in just five minutes, and it was delicious!

Starting with the naan bread and hummus, both were incredible—the best hummus I’ve had in a long time. The tzatziki sauce was fresh and perfect. The gyro was delightfully different from any I’ve had before. The meat plate was out of this world. I highly recommend the double meat Philly cheesesteak, and I’m especially grateful to Kaylee for suggesting we add mushrooms and jalapeños, which made it even better. Their homemade hot sauce has a robust and amazing flavor, but be careful—it’s quite spicy! Just one or two drops per bite is perfect for me. If you love spicy food, definitely give it a try, and consider taking a bottle home since they sell it. If you’re not a fan of spicy flavors, just be cautious. I can’t wait to return and sample more of your amazing dishes!

We had lunch at Purple Onion one day. From the outside this does not look so much and it is somehow dark. But the food is pretty good. I had the beef Kafta Kabob and my wife had the Chicken Kabob. We were both happy.

Thank you to the couple that paid for my meal to the owner for free drinks! I got the lamb gyro on rice. The delicious Turkish rice was well worth the wait!
