Panera Bread - Colorado Springs

The food we received was good, but I didn't get the sandwich I ordered. However, I made a quick call to the store and spoke with the manager, who promptly resolved the issue. Mistakes happen, and I would definitely eat here again. A little kindness goes a long way.

I really enjoy her soups and visit this place frequently. It's always clean, which is great. However, I do have to take away a star because of the amount of soup served in the bread bowls. They fill them up so full that it feels like you're getting a whole loaf, and they cost more than a regular bowl. How ridiculous is that?!

Seth Henderson truly deserves a raise! We visited the restaurant on a Sunday when it was quite crowded. Despite the chaos, Seth did an excellent job managing the staff and ensuring everything ran smoothly. He handled customer inquiries with courtesy and kept the atmosphere relaxed, even amidst the hectic environment. Overall, the team did their best to navigate the long wait times, and Seth's efforts really stood out.
