McDonald's - Colorado Ave

The night was good and no problems with the auto thru. morning shift was another story. I ordered a coffee first. lady asked something else? I said yes, I have more. she said, two dollars and something that please show up. I said no, I have more. Oh, I'm sorry. I finished my order. she repeated it back. number 7 was wrong. only the whole experience was difficult! I've been rushing all the time. when I came to the window. she took the next person. I waited until they finished. she said the price and took my card. no good morning, hallo, choose my nose, nothing. the next window was very nice and helpful, which gave me my food and coffee. I think they need a new drive, someone who slows down, listens, and can say hello.

The person in register today, was a bad representative he looked completely and as if he wasn't even at work, or he was simply not interested. our order was more than once wrong, I shouldn't have to go, but to the counter more than 3 times for the same thing that was wrong with my order was the first two times and the big mac was a chaos and looked like it was thrown into the box only. I am a firm believer of the second chances, but I would not even do that

Very good service and efficient staff. Big fan of mobile ap. All in all always a good experience at this location. Ice cream machine always down. Try the McTrevor a McBlaise burger (2 double cheeseburgers) with a spicy McChicken sandwiched between

Store was dirty and I ordered on the app and walked into the store, was alone in the lobby and sat for 25 minutes in clear view without so much as a hello. Finally got food, had to ask for the fries that weren’t With the sandwiches, employee was surly and unresponsive, and finally got home to eat (4 block drive) and the fries and sandwiches were lukewarm not particularly fresh, also there was no ice in the cup and the coke tasted watered down. I don’t understand how it can take half an hour to make a mobile order while in sitting in the lobby by myself and the food was t bit and fresh. I’m never going to this location again. Awful experience understaffed and poor customer service.

I don’t comment often but have to in this case. This restaurant is incredibility dirty. The place needs to be shut down and cleaned top to bottom before reopening.
