Burger King - Colorado Springs

Don't waste your time or money at this location. Very rude staff, I mean very. Food is always old and never cooked properly. I won't be stopping at this location anymore and it's close by my house but I'll go somewhere else, even with gas at 5.00 a gallon.

Absolutely awful service here.Got a soggy, breakfast sandwich that wasn't even slightly toasted with overcooked hash browns all from a lady who sounded like I was a nuisance that she had to deal with.I did their survey and went back for my free whopper a week later.Chose to go inside instead of the drive through, and got the same awful customer service.Atleast the whopper and fries were ok this time.Do not recommend this location at all unless you like getting treated like you're a nuisance.To the owner of this franchise:Teach your people basic customer service etiquette please.A smile, a yes sir or no sir and some basic politeness will go a long ways.

Yum! Whopper was fresh, hot, and tasty, lettuce was crunchy and perfect amount of mayo! Fries were super fresh and hot. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with plenty of salt. The staff was very pleasant and polite. Great visit!

The cashier with nappy hair and a Nigerian accent is sooooo rude!! I needed to use the bathroom and she informed me I had to buy something first, so I waited ten minutes to order food (even tho there were NO customers in the lobby and only a couple in the drive thru) and when I finally was able to order, the lady was so rude, rolling her eyes and not paying attention to my order and speaking with a foul tone. When I made a comment about her attitude she immediately refused me service, thus refusing to let me use the bathroom. I won’t lie, after she refused to serve me I got pretty rude back, but before that I was very polite and didn’t react to her rude tone and language at all. She is completely unprofessional and should probably be properly trained on how to provide customer service. Not to mention Burger King food sucks anyways.

This is the most lazy place I ever come for drive thru my fries were cold, my burgers were missing lettuce and onions,and I got no napkins. It's happened more than one i thought it wouldve changed.
