Bird Dog Bbq - Colorado Springs

The food here is amazing, and I can't understand why this place isn't packed all the time. But maybe it's a blessing in disguise, as I can enjoy the attentive service and generous portions served hot and quickly. Skip Dickey's and come here instead—you won't regret it!

Of all the bbq options in town, Bird Dog is my favorite! They have delicious meat that is moist and wonderfully smoked. The flavor isn't overtly salty and their dedication to quality is in every bite. I'm in love with smoke rings and sloppy sauce though so I might be biased. ?????
