Baskin-robbins - Colorado Springs

As usual, every time I visit, the ice cream is delicious! But I want to take this time to thank the amazing staff who helped me. I had three orders I got, and they were kind and helped me bring them all together. You understand what I asked and how I wanted every job, and this is the great level of customer service that lets me come back every time! Thank you. Great job!

Team members are always soooo super nice every time I come in ! The boy helping me out this evening was awesome and felt like he was going above and beyond for us!

My experience at this Baskin Robbins was out of this world all thanks to the amazing customer service from Way! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a bright smile as Way asked me how my day was and what ice cream I would like. She made my day with her amazing service and her excellent ice cream scooping form. Not only was the ice cream undeniably scrumptious but the service from Way made my day. A complete 5 star experience if I do say so myself!

I didn't get their names the three 2 young people tonight did a great job. Lots of people many of us in groups of 3 or singles with multiple orders. They had great attitudes, efficient and professional. I hope everyone remembers to be nice to them.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The place was very clean, and I noticed that it is now under new management.
