Obie’s Barbeque - Colorado City

The restaurant is now named High Octane Bar Grill, and it serves the best BBQ I've ever had! The spicy sausage and ribs are absolutely incredible. My favorite dish was the pecan bread pudding à la mode. I highly recommend paying a visit! We will definitely be coming back.

Nice little restaurant with full bar and delicious food. I loved her bbq sauces especially the spicy. Very clean and many TVs for sports music and news. I had the Jack Burton special sandwich and loved it. It comes with pull pig, bbq sausage and bacon. I hope to go back to this area to try their bribe.

My God this BBQ is AMAZING!! I'm usually a BBQ snob and this place has won me over. I got the three meat combo and I swear the brisket,chicken and ribs were all tender and flavorful. I've never been to a place that has all three on point. Definitely try this place out.

The BBQ was incredible, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. It’s only a 25-minute drive from the north side of Pueblo, and the trip is absolutely worth it. The Prime Rib was smoked to perfection, and both the brisket and turkey were delicious and full of flavor. The person responsible for the smoking really knows what they’re doing! The smoker is fantastic. And let's not forget about the amazing view. We will definitely be returning often!

We went for lunch, and it wasn't too crowded, so I'm not sure how the dinner service would be. I ordered the one-meat plate, which was reasonably priced at $13. The meat had a great bark, which was impressive. The okra was reminiscent of French fries, which was nice. It could have been a 5-star experience. However, the pulled pork was a bit dry and definitely needed some barbecue sauce. I plan to check out the outdoor seating when the weather warms up.
