Papa John's - Colonial Heights

I never received my pizza. When I called, I was informed that the driver had called and left a message, but I didn’t receive any calls or tracking updates. They offered to resend it, but it would take another 35 to 40 minutes. It’s just not worth the wait after three hours!

I've generally had good experiences here, but this time the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff were not wearing proper uniforms, and many of them were not wearing their masks correctly. It felt unprofessional.

Caroline is a truly wonderful person who assisted me with a minor issue related to my credit. I really appreciate her kindness!

Great staff very friendly. They just are 15 minute away and don't deliver in my area which isn't that big of an issue. My issue was that it stated it was ready by this time when it was actually ready maybe 10-15 minutes earlier so by the time I get there and get it home the pizza is warmish. Awesome value

The best judge of a business is what they do when they get it wrong. We're human, stuff happens. Not just did they fix my order, but they gave me my whole order again for free. Top notch customer service
