Cicis - Colonial Heights

I was waiting for a friend in the parking lot of the strip shopping center before going into Cici's Pizza. David Milo, the manager, approached me in my car on August 29th, 2022 at 4 o'clock. He asked if I was okay and mentioned that my presence was making his staff nervous. I explained that I was waiting for a friend who was on the phone and was just trying to locate them. David seemed concerned about the situation and mentioned that other customers were feeling uneasy.

I visited the Cicis in Colonial Heights and was disappointed by my experience. There were hardly any pizzas available, and others around me had to wait over an hour for their wings and pizza. This was very different from my previous visits, as I used to love going here. Many of the food items did not seem to be cooked properly; the brownies were undercooked and the pizza seemed stale. The staff appeared indifferent and unfriendly.

I recently visited a restaurant in Colonial Heights and was immediately put off by the rude and disrespectful behavior of the cashier. It seemed like he was not dressed appropriately for the job and his attitude towards customers was very unprofessional. When other customers voiced their complaints, he began to argue with them and the manager, who was just laughing in the kitchen, only intervened when things started to escalate. Overall, I think some changes need to be made in terms of customer service at this establishment.

I want to give you five, but there was no pizza on the bar when we came in. most of the tables had either sitting someone or rubbing on them. I saw people make hard in the back constantly pizza and had a good overall. might have been a little better

We showed up to nothing ready to eat other than pasta, no spoon.It took 30 minutes before the first pizza was ready. The manager was late and having a verbal argument with a disgruntled employee that he eventually asked to leave. My family and I were terribly concerned that the employee was angrily waiting out front of the store and came back in looking for a fight.We are officially done with CiCis at this point.
