フィードバックを提供するThe lights on the menu were completely out at the drive-thru. The lady working was very rude and kept rushing me because I was "on a timer." She repeatedly asked if I needed help finding something, despite me telling her I didn't need assistance and just wanted to browse. It was difficult because the menu was dark. Instead of being understanding, she was snarky with me. When I matched her attitude, she refused to serve me. I will never return to this KFC. An hour later, I drove by after getting Subway and saw that the menu lights were partially working, so I stopped to take a picture. This was a significant improvement from my previous experience, where the entire menu was dark.
Every time we visit this restaurant, it is a disappointment. The famous bowl, which is supposed to be a standout dish, failed to impress me. There were only five ingredients in the bowl, and they forgot to include the chicken and cheese. Instead, it was just corn, potatoes, and gravy. How can a place like Kentucky Fried Chicken run out of chicken for their signature dish? It was a letdown. Additionally, a meal at KFC is supposed to come with a food item, a drink, and a cookie, but none of the meals we ordered included the cookie or drink. It was a frustrating experience and I felt let down. Goodbye, Columbus.
